"I was recently involved in a crash that was of the other driver's fault. I was at Caleb's doorstep at opening time the next business day. Caleb and Tonya went above and beyond what I expected of them. They assisted me with filing my claim and with every other aspect of the claim's process. When I was having some difficulty getting the claims representative to return my call, Caleb and Tonya advocated upon my behalf. It's nice to know that in a world dominated by corporate culture, there still exist the neighbor next door mentality, which Caleb and Tonya personify!
